Not in this version. Use Split to extract a page, then Merge to insert it twice.

Is text kept?

Yes. Organize copies pages structurally with pdf-lib — it does not rasterize.

Unlock first if the file requires a password to edit.

Mobile friendly?

Yes, though drag-and-drop is easiest on desktop.
