Welcome to ToolJee (tooljee.com). By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and ToolJee. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use ToolJee on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

ToolJee provides free online utilities such as PDF tools and QR Studio. Processing is designed to run client-side in your browser. We do not store your uploaded files on our servers for conversion. Features, availability, and the set of public tools may change over time (including “Coming Soon” items).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal browser use
• Abuse the contact form (spam, malware, harassment)
• Interfere with advertising, security, or visitor-counting systems
• Misrepresent affiliation with ToolJee

We may suspend access or block abusive traffic at our discretion.

4. User content and your files

You retain ownership of files and content you process locally. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process that content and for any results you generate (for example PDFs or QR codes you download). Because processing is local, you are also responsible for backing up important files before using conversion or editing tools.

5. Advertising and analytics

The site may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) and may use analytics such as Google Analytics. Ads and analytics may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that advertising and measurement partners may process data according to their own policies. You can manage ad personalization via Google Ads Settings.

Advertisements are provided by third parties. ToolJee does not endorse advertised products or services and is not responsible for third-party offers, landing pages, or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolJee name, branding, layout, and site content (excluding your own files) are owned by ToolJee or its licensors. You may use our tools for personal or commercial projects in the ordinary way. You may not copy, mirror, resell, or redistribute the ToolJee interface or codebase as a competing service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific legal, medical, financial, or compliance purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLJEE AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold ToolJee harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

10. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or load third-party scripts (CDNs, fonts, ad networks, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
